Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to support our Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their strategy and direction, analyze business requirements, and design data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reporting inputs and requirements, ensuring alignment with data governance and data domain model design.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to prioritize, analyze, and communicate progress on data elements for Transformation.
  • Review existing reports for transition into future state platforms, considering data domain model design and reporting constructs for reuse.
  • Address key topics related to Data Governance, interacting with Data Stewards and Data Governance Principles to ensure consistent and quality data outputs.
  • Implement concepts and processes to support the future data platform for Allianz Popular SL.
  • Collaborate with Transformation Development Data Office and Centres of Excellence to ensure mature, efficient, and trusted future state data platforms.
  • Establish and support best practice design and implementation of Data Management concepts.
  • Provide guidance to development and analytics teams to ensure fit-for-purpose deliverables.

About You

  • Extensive experience in data domain design, data governance, and data platform implementation.
  • Background in a similar data management role within insurance or banking is highly regarded.
  • Technical pricing/accounting experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder support and communication skills, with a structured methodology for communication.
  • Experience in establishing standards and guidelines for best-in-class implementation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and technological developments in data management and related concepts.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, results orientation, and drive to improve business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels.
