Maintenance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance of apartments, property grounds, and equipment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the safe and efficient operation of the property.
This role involves supporting housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to maintain high standards of presentation in line with industry standards and occupancy demands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting handy person duties such as plaster patching, painting, repairing, replacing door hardware, and minor furniture repairs.
- Maintaining safety and housekeeping practices to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to guests.
Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
