We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Lewisham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the frontline team, with a focus on driving store performance through sales, profit, and growth.

  • Assist the Store Manager in increasing performance to achieve targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
  • Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of the team
  • Order and maintain stock availability
  • Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering customer service excellence and results-driven. If you have experience in overseeing shifts in a retail environment and strong interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the frontline team to drive store performance
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store operations
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure health and safety standards
