As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering advanced solutions that meet the requirements of complex integration and interoperability projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integration activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and operations of system interfaces and APIs.
  • Collaborate with internal/external support teams on incident resolution, manage team performance, mentor staff, and establish key performance indicators.
  • Oversee external partners to ensure compliance with governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for integration platforms and implementations.
  • Provide technical and governance advice to stakeholders, assist with budget preparation, team processes, SLA management, and participate in strategic planning.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven candidate who can effectively work in a team environment with minimal guidance, while delivering outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to assess problems and propose appropriate solutions, incorporating various processes, systems, data, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect, analyse, design, and test effective integration solutions.
  • Proficiency in querying databases and working with data.
  • Proven experience leading projects, project teams, and budgets to deliver high-quality IT services within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, including SCRUM.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work systematically and methodically to achieve organisational objectives within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with various middleware technologies and the integration patterns they support.
