Collaborate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to lead the overall leadership and management of ICT within an educational environment. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of ICT services to enhance learning and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of ICT services, including project and strategic management, network management, system integration, and management of the ICT team.
  • Management of applicable service contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems.
  • Leadership and management of the ICT team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Development and implementation of ICT strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and prioritize ICT requirements.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the ITIL/ITSM Framework and experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Ability to articulate technical issues and concepts to non-technical people.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS systems, core applications like MS Office, and Office 365.
  • Proven experience in administration and support of both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in network upgrades and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in administrating VMware products and ESXi.
  • Experience in TCP/IP Networking, VLAN Configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Windows skills, including Azure AD and Windows servers.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in Azure, Network, CISSP, or CISA.
  • VMware certification.
