What You'll Be Doing

As a customer champion, you will spend your time understanding what our customers want and need, and helping them use technology in their daily lives. This involves being a problem-solver, connecting with people, and ensuring they receive the best value and advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a customer advocate, providing personalized support and guidance to our customers.
  • Help customers troubleshoot technical queries and provide training on using our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
