We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analysing market demand, managing inventory, and driving cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee stock control and conduct detailed stock takes to ensure our stores are meticulously organised and secure.
  • Lead purchasing for food, beverages, and general goods, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Support outlet promotions and events, and drive strategic insight to optimise operations and boost performance.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in inventory management and stock control.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, menu engineering, and procurement strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with suppliers and internal teams.
