About this Role
This is a key leadership position that oversees the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and working closely with stakeholders to ensure cohesive customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation of customer data platforms (CDPs) to create unified customer profiles and enable personalized experiences.
- Oversee marketing automation systems and workflows to drive customer lifecycle engagement.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end media buying operations across all digital publishers and advertising platforms.
- Direct campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across search, social, display, video, and emerging digital channels.
- Establish comprehensive KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems across all marketing functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in senior marketing analytics or digital marketing leadership roles with substantial budget responsibility.
- Deep expertise in customer data platforms, marketing automation, and personalization technologies.
- Strong background in data science methodologies, forecasting, and profitability modeling.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform and business intelligence tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic buying, and media operations.
