About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Effectiveness Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive strategic transformation and enhance the source-to-contract and procure-to-pay mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement tools, systems, and frameworks to support procurement operations and contract management registry
  • Lead initiatives to improve capability and oversee delivery of tools for procurement analytics, compliance frameworks, and program management
  • Build dashboards and ensure process, procedures, and training manuals for procurement best practice are driving performance uplifts
Requirements:
  • Excellent track-record of delivering process improvements and fine-tuning enhancements to procurement teams
  • Collaborative working style with core business units, including Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Organizational skills, logical thought processes, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience building catalogues, setting up contract administration frameworks, and coordinating P2P systems
  • Systems experience in ERP, Power BI, and Excel
