We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to spearhead our store's performance.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service, coaching, and jewellery. The successful candidate will have experience leading high-performing teams to achieve strong results and maintaining exceptional store presentation standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, train, and coach Team Members to become selling superstars
  • Lead by example and create customer service experiences that exceed expectations
  • Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Drive marketing and store promotion initiatives in-store
  • Oversee administrative and operational requirements for your store
