Your Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Membership Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in connecting people to a gym membership that empowers them to live an active lifestyle.

  • You will develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing personalized solutions to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless sign-up process and thorough onboarding experience for new members.
  • You will also identify and acquire new members through daily activities such as prospecting calls, community activations, and following up on leads and referrals.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a patient and level-headed approach, and relevant customer-facing experience. You should be comfortable communicating at all levels and have a passion for fitness and a drive to hit and exceed targets.
