Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure that all warehouse staff are trained and aware of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Outbound area.
  • Guarantee that all picked complete orders are packed by the end of each shift.
  • Communicate with Startrack and Australia Post to request additional trailers for the afternoon or early next morning if necessary.
  • Liaise with the offsite 3PL partner company to arrange collection from both their locations and the ASICS Oceania Warehouse.
  • Verify that the "Not Shipped Connote Report" is cleared each day.
  • Send daily email reports to the internal retail teams.
  • Communicate with Australia Post to arrange bulk collection for the NSW retail stores.
  • Monitor the Parcel Send Portal daily to ensure the automatic manifesting of all connotes.
  • Ensure end-of-shift handover emails are completed.
  • Achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned to the Outbound area.
  • Ensure consumables used in Outbound are ordered and sufficient.
  • Log and follow up on IT or system issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Minimise Labour usage by monitoring performance and limiting downtime.
  • Ensure all safety requirements are met by all staff.
  • Ensure a consistent focus on area housekeeping and cleanliness.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic and flexible individual accustomed to working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality is not compromised.
  • An accountable, collaborative, self-driven approach to work.
