What does the job look like?

Are you looking to kick-start or upgrade your career in the warehouse industry? The of Linfox Warehouse Academy located at Marsden Park, is offering a comprehensive training program designed to introduce new talent into the warehouse workforce. We have opportunities available for both day shift 6:00am - 2:00pm and afternoon shift 2:30pm - 10:00pm, starting on January 13th, 2025. Key areas:

- Repetitive manual handling activities - Pick/ packing
- Use of RF scanning and low-level picker operation
- Supporting in the warehouse where required

Our program includes:

- A structured training course tailored to your development as a Warehouse Operator
- A buddy system where you’ll be paired with an experienced warehouse operator for support and guidance
- Exceptional safety training to keep you and your team safe
