Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning and calibrating a range of scientific instruments across various industries.
A key aspect of this role is performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during breakdowns.
In addition, the ideal candidate will provide technical support and solutions to customers, as well as maintain detailed service records and documentation.
This position also involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure high service standards are met.
Skillset and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, applicants should have 5+ years of field service experience in a customer-facing capacity.
An Advanced Diploma or higher in Electronics with strong electro-mechanical skills is highly desirable.
Strong IT literacy and the ability to work with digital tools is essential.
The ideal candidate will also possess flexibility to travel at short notice, including remote and interstate locations.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service is crucial for success in this role.
Experience with X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), or neutron analysis would be advantageous but not essential.
