- Support residents with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Encourage physical activity and mental engagement.
- Lend assistance to those requiring more complex care.
- Be a kind, familiar face and trusted companion.
You'll also support our person-centered approach to dining – helping residents enjoy mealtimes that feel more like home.
- Assist residents with meals and hydration, guided by our tailored service model.
- Support residents who may need extra help at mealtime.
- Participate in creating a calm and enjoyable dining experience.
- Bring empathy, dignity, and conversation to the table.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or currently studying).
- Previous experience in a caregiving or aged care setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
- A genuine desire to enhance the lives of older people.
