About the role - Nursing Assistant

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:

  • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Support those with challenging needs alongside our team.
  • Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active.
  • Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
  • Be a friend to our residents.
  • Ensure every resident's privacy and dignity are respected.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or studying Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Experience working as a caregiver or similar role.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
About the role - Nursing Assistant Nutrition

Our nutrition and hydration services are evolving to align with our Resident Person-Centred Care Framework, adopting a traditional restaurant model with 'front of house' and 'back of house' team members.

In this role, you will assist residents with meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalized meal service guidelines.

You will also:

  • Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Support residents requiring additional care and assistance.
  • Help residents enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
  • Be a supportive friend to our residents.
  • Respect residents' privacy and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support or Health Care Assistant qualification.
