Innovative Medical Specialist

This role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact in the community, particularly for the Aboriginal population. The successful candidate will provide medical leadership to a senior team that prides itself on delivering innovative, collaborative, and best practice time-limited care to children and young people aged 0-17 years experiencing acute mental distress.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
- Providing medical leadership to the senior team.
- Collaborating with the Clinical Lead to develop strategic partnerships ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Participating in ongoing evaluation and development of the model of care.
- Eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Membership or eligibility for Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent.
- Certificate of Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development and reflective practice.
