About Our Team

We're seeking a diligent Junior Client Funding Operations Specialist to join our global operations. This role provides crucial support to our funding operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Funding Processing: Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, including funding summaries and account status updates.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify and escalate unusual funding activity or operational discrepancies.
  • Case Handling: Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries promptly.
  • Compliance Support: Follow regulatory requirements and support AML/CTF checks for all transactions.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze key statistics to improve efficiency and client service.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English is an asset.
- High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy when multi-tasking.
