Project Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-value electrical power projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert time and cost control services, establishing and maintaining systems with integrity and consistency. You will deliver dependable and insightful project controls services, from detailed scheduling and cost tracking to intuitive system oversight and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in engineering, construction, or project management, along with a deep understanding of time management principles, project controls, and contract administration. Proficiency with planning tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is also essential.

You will work closely with project teams to guide them through governance, risk management, and lessons learned. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for someone who is technically grounded, commercially astute, and emotionally intelligent. If you lead with clarity, communicate with confidence, and know when to challenge and when to listen, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have site experience in HV substations or transmission lines construction, demonstrated success managing time and cost across complex projects/portfolios, and a collaborative approach that inspires trust and drives performance.
