**Job Title:** Rde Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Rde Program Coordinator. This role is a key part of our Research Data Experience (RDE) Program and requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

The Rde Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the program, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and coordinate the RDE program schedule, including planning and organizing meetings, workshops and other events
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, including preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, sponsors and external partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or management
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a research or academic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
