As a Parts Interpreter with CTS People, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with parts enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining an efficient inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret and process parts requests from customers, providing expert advice on parts selection and compatibility.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts as required, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and issue quotes for parts, supporting the sales team with product knowledge and customer enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
