Chief Technology Infrastructure Program Manager

About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Project Managers in delivering Infrastructure Transformation Priorities (ITP) projects. As the Chief Technology Infrastructure Program Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of all projects within the program.
">The role involves establishing governance through the ITP Steering Committee and managing the program pipeline to integrate all roadmaps and new projects. You will review projects for alignment with ASIC Project Methodology, Corporate Finance, and government guidelines.
">You will be responsible for managing the Project Manager resource pool and collaborating with other resource managers to allocate resources effectively. Timely status reporting on project progress, budgets, risks, and issues is crucial for governance boards such as the ITP Steering Committee, Transformation Portfolio Sub Committee (TPSC), EXCO, and the Commission.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure delivery of all projects within the program.">
- Provide coaching and support to project managers to ensure adoption of the ASIC Project Methodology (APM) and agile-based ways of working.">
- Establish appropriate governance for the program, including participating in the ITP Steering Committee.">
- Support the DD&T leadership team to ensure they are informed about project progress and any escalated risks, issues, and concerns.">
- Ensure timely status reporting for all projects in the program, including project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and concerns.">
- Provide status reporting for governance boards such as the ITP Steering Committee, TPSC, EXCO, Commission, and other boards as required.">
- Develop productive working relationships with other DD&T Functions: Information Technology, Digital, Data, Cyber Security, and corporate functions.">
- Effectively manage the PM resource pool within the program and collaborate with other resource managers to allocate resources appropriately.">

About You
">We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure and/or Enterprise program manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will have:
">- ">
- Extensive experience in Technology Infrastructure and/or Enterprise program management.">
- Demonstrated experience managing project team members in a complex corporate or government environment.">
- Significant previous experience in project and program prioritisation, resource planning, financial management, and project-based procurement.">
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in accordance with a Project Management methodology, preferably with experience delivering projects in accordance with Commonwealth Government guidelines.">
- High degree of organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to meet deadlines while managing several competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical matters to users and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.">
- Well-developed management and leadership skills with the ability to coach and build high-functioning teams while positively influencing others to achieve results.">
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters to users.">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
