The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong understanding of participant needs.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Actioning planning tasks as per the NDIS Act;
- Providing counter/reception support and resolving customer enquiries;
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring facilities are accessible;
- Undertaking research and investigation activities;
- Data entry and follow-up tasks;
- Receiving and recording complaints and feedback;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of empathy and understanding of participant needs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
