We are a coworking space with an onsite crèche/childcare service designed to enable parents to meet their working goals but also remain close and available to their children. All parents are required to stay onsite in a separate coworking space to the creche.

**Key Responsibilities (Room Leader)**:
You will be crucial in leading our team in caring for children aged 0 - 4. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the Director to ensure the daily operations of the room meet the highest standards.
- Supporting the delivery of the educational program through planned activities, spontaneous engagement, and family involvement.
- Building strong partnerships with families and communities to enhance children's learning and development outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities (Cert III Educators)**:

- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Displays a positive attitude, with the ability to remain motivated within the fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an overseas ACECQA Approved Equivalent.
- Valid Working With Children's Check.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Certificiate III (required)
