Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights.

Desirable Skills and Attributes

  • Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required
  • Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.
  • Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
