Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service and Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by identifying and meeting the needs of our customers.
With a focus on delivering outstanding service and driving sales results, you will work closely with your colleagues to achieve our business objectives and provide a world-class customer experience.
You will be highly skilled in consultative selling and have a strong ability to build rapport with customers, identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets through proactive consultative selling
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the company and ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- To engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and tailor solutions to meet these requirements
- To build strong relationships with customers and ensure retention of existing customers
