Customer Service Position

Kirby HVAC and Refrigeration is a leader in the Australian refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry. We support our customers with their air-conditioning, commercial and industrial refrigeration needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our team.

The branch is open between the hours of 7:00–16:30 and offers a supportive and fun team environment.

You will be responsible for assisting in the management of stock, general warehousing duties as required, operating the forklift, adhering to operational health and safety requirements, delivering products to customers, and providing internal sales procedures and counter service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • The ability to maintain safe working environments;
  • Effective communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded;
  • A positive and eager-to-learn attitude;
  • A Forklift licence (desired but not essential);
  • Willingsness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
