Centre Manager Role

This is a leadership position at one of our centres where you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workshop Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to quality standards.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure site profitability by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing levels and processes on site, building and maintaining positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain the WHS management system, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidences/near misses are reported and actioned immediately.
