Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include guiding clients in choosing and implementing software solutions that align with their specific needs and budget. You'll also assist clients in generating simple reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and gain insights into their business operations.

  • Software Selection and Management: Utilize your technical expertise to identify and recommend software solutions that meet client requirements, focusing on CRMs and other essential tools for behavioral health practices.
  • Basic BI Generation: Help clients create data-driven insights by generating simple reports and dashboards using available reporting tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing IT support to clients, troubleshooting software issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth system operation.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in basic software applications, including CRMs and other productivity tools, is a must. Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and reporting tools is a plus.

A passion for technology, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly are essential qualities for this position. Experience in the behavioral health industry is not required but is considered an asset.
