Job Title: Aviation Systems Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aviation Systems Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modification, servicing, inspection, testing and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, associated components and associated equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation quality assurance procedures and the DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework. They will also hold a valid Defence Security Clearance of NV1 and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance, modification, servicing, inspection, testing and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, associated components and associated equipment

- Supervision of other Aviation Systems Maintenance Professionals and provision of mentorship to subordinate technicians in the development of their pathway to success

Requirements:

- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)

- DASR Part 66 Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence (MAML) - Category B2

- Previous experience as a maintenance certifier/trade supervisor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
