About the Opportunity

The Eye Monitoring Centre is responsible for overseeing the delivery of our eye monitoring technology during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing work performance of each analyst on shift.
  • Ensure proper execution of procedures and adherence to service standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to guarantee a quality service.
  • Coordinate training for new starters, coaching and mentoring staff in their role.
  • Action any related issue or request tickets while on shift.
Work Environment

The Eye Monitoring Centre operates 24 hours/7 days a week with shifts scheduled from 6AM - 2PM and 2PM - 10PM.

  • Leadership ability and excellent customer service skills.
