Specialist Educator Role

Deliver exceptional support to children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting.

This role is ideal for educators experienced in early childhood, OSHC, and/or disability support who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised and group-based support to children and young people with complex disability needs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Assist with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation as required.
  • Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
  • Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality.
  • Available to work Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in Victoria.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
