Customer Marketing Expert

We're seeking an experienced Customer Marketing expert to lead our customer marketing strategy, drive deep customer relationships, and execute campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and their financial motivations.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and campaign management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and report on integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead and manage customer journey communication plans end-to-end
  • Support the planning and execution of email, direct mail, statement inserts, and messaging
  • Analyze customer behavior and translate it into actionable insights for campaign development
  • Manage all approvals for activity to ensure compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements are met
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or campaign management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or similar tertiary qualification
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Financial Services or insurance background highly regarded
