Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Quoting and Proposal Development: Develop quotes and proposals for customers, including pricing, product offerings, and delivery timelines.
- Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in hydraulic engineering or production.
- Travel: Willing to travel regularly to various locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
