Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified educator to join our team at Goodstart Ocean Reef. As an Education Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering our curriculum and programs, ensuring that every child receives a safe and engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-6 years
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, social, and emotional well-being
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
