Job Title

Our team is looking for a charismatic and confident liquor ambassador to promote a prominent brand at Sydney International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand in the duty-free store, showcasing its unique characteristics and benefits.
  • Understand and achieve individual and team targets, ensuring excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Engage customers with excellent communication skills, building trust and loyalty to the brand.
  • Adhere to housekeeping guidelines and stock merchandise effectively.

Essential Criteria:

  • Highly reliable and able to work autonomously and in teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude, inspiring confidence in customers and colleagues alike.
  • Have character including high integrity, reliability, and charm, influencing and inspiring others.
