Senior Finance Leadership Role

As a pivotal finance leadership position, you will lead our finance function to deliver high-quality insights, systems, and processes that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

About the Role

You will lead the finance function to deliver accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and performance analysis.

Your responsibilities include overseeing cash flow forecasting, treasury, debtor management, and project bonding requirements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes in line with strategic goals, reviewing and challenging project financial summaries, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliations, maintaining oversight of payroll approvals, controls, and reporting accuracy, driving process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk, ensuring compliance with all tax, audit, and statutory obligations, leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and collaboration.

Key Requirements
  • CPA or CA qualification (essential)
  • Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or resources
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting
  • Track record in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Experience overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and audit coordination
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
