Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a flexible workplace and collaborative environment.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the organization within the branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing advice and information on products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing front-line support including general inquiries, account management, deposits, withdrawals
  • Conducting floor walks and initiating quality conversations with customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain and build customer relationships
  • Maintaining the ATM machine daily
  • Cash handling - ATM Services, Travelex
  • Managing stationery orders

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have previous customer service experience from a similar industry, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.

You will also demonstrate a proactive approach to all aspects of your role, a personalized approach with every customer interaction, and the ability to learn and confidently use a number of technical systems.
