Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining AML/CTF policies and procedures, supporting transaction monitoring and reporting, drafting and reviewing business practices, and conducting audits to identify compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Support transaction monitoring and reporting in line with AML/CTF regulations.
  • Draft and review business practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor transactions, conduct due diligence, and assess risks using compliance tools.
  • Track regulatory changes in crypto and online gambling, updating policies as needed.
  • Prepare compliance reports for regulators and assist with regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with teams to strengthen the AML/KYC framework and internal controls.
  • Conduct audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory updates.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Compliance and AML functions with a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Strong skills in drafting clear and concise policies.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools and processes.
  • Experience conducting compliance audits and managing regulatory filings and investigations.
