We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team. This role will see you working closely with Directors to prepare deliverables that meet our clients' unique needs and expectations.

The Opportunity

  • Prepare valuations, independent expert reports, and expert witness reports for M&A, tax, financial reporting, family law, or litigation purposes.
  • Work alongside the team ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with clients, colleagues, and leadership teams, establishing trust as a key advisor.

About The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of corporate finance or valuation expertise.
  • Foundation/good understanding of financial accounting.
  • Strong analytical and report writing abilities.
  • Interest in capital markets and passion for learning corporate finance principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial analysis tools highly regarded.
  • Financial modelling experience highly regarded.
  • Current national police clearance required; Australian working rights and willingness to travel essential.
