Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team in Sydney. As an occupational therapist contractor, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact in our community.

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Offer support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend provision of assistive technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an occupational therapist.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Relevant insurance including public liability, professional indemnity, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Police clearance, working with children check, and NDIS worker screening check.
  • Active ABN.
