Job Opportunity

Empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives as a support worker. This role involves providing one-on-one assistance to clients with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to engage and participate in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver supportive services tailored to each client's goals and individual plans.
  • Assist with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
  • Utilize safe manual handling techniques in accordance with client-specific plans.
  • Facilitate access to community activities and transportation using designated vehicles or public transport.
  • BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.
Requirements:
  • Available for short shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (P2/full) and be confident driving company vehicles.
  • Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient.
  • Experienced in disability support an asset.
  • Cert III/IV in Disability qualification desirable.
