About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our Residential Care team at RSL LifeCare. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing personal care and support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in risk management and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
