Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our hospitality team as a Food and Beverage Service Professional. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their experience is truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a warm welcome for every guest, setting the tone for their experience with us
  • Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions for our guests
  • Maintaining inventory and equipment, keeping the space cleaner than clean
  • Minimizing waste and reporting to your Supervisor any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents
  • Handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring responsible financial transaction handling
  • Working closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to deliver a seamless food service
  • Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is essential
  • Ability to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, bending and kneeling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
