Programs Engagement Manager Job Description

The Extend Group invites applications from experienced Educational Managers to lead a cluster of OSHC businesses in the Ballarat, Geelong & Western Suburbs of VIC. This is an important and dynamic people management role in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), including Before and After School Care and Vacation Care.

You will have demonstrated experience managing people, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector. You have leadership skills, the drive to succeed, and the desire to support working families. Your approach will contribute to your success in this challenging position.

This is an autonomous full-time position that allows you to inspire your own cluster of teams. As a Programs Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools
  • Oversee all aspects of service management
  • Conduct Educator appraisals
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
