We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the engineering team based at RAAF Amberley. This role requires strong leadership and management to ensure the delivery of superior technical services.

The successful candidate will report to the Program Manager and be responsible for leading the engineering, technical, and airworthiness tasks. They will also partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision, strategy, and execution to meet the goals.

As an experienced leader, you will bring a high level of commercial acumen and a desire to drive best-practice outcomes. You will have expertise in engaging with the broader Engineering community and a history of delivering superior technical services to ensure maximum aircraft availability.

About You

Qualifications in leadership and management are essential, and the ability to hold and maintain a Defence security clearance is mandatory. Project Management qualifications and practical experience in a Defence Through-Life Support environment would be highly valued.
