Customer Service Representative Role

This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our CRM system remains accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
  • Process customer orders via email, text, or phone.
  • Liaise with sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of prepared orders.
  • Schedule transportation for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Verify deliveries have occurred on time by following up and receiving proof of delivery documents.

You will also assist with end-of-month procedures and perform other general administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate possesses previous CSR experience, is computer literate with CRM skills, and has excellent communication abilities.

A 'people person' who consistently goes above and beyond and demonstrates a positive attitude will thrive in this role.
