
Investigator - Financial System Integrity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Market Integrity Specialist.
About the Role:- You will work as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to investigate and litigate suspected market misconduct, playing a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the financial system.
- You will conduct investigative tasks, including analysis of large electronic data sets, drafting/serving compulsory notices, and interviewing witnesses.
- You will identify legal issues and provide advice on evidence required to prove contraventions, admissibility of evidence, and use of ASIC's statutory powers.
- You will compile briefs of evidence for the CDPP and assist in criminal prosecutions.
- You will support litigation counsel in commencing and conducting civil litigation.
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in law and admission to the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory as a solicitor or barrister.
- You should have experience planning and managing complex investigations and projects.
- You should have skills in analysing and interrogating large complex data and evidence.
- You should have experience presenting complex information to different audiences through strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
