Job Title

A Retail Manager position is currently available in our Victorian Retail Management Team.

This key role will assist with the day-to-day management of neighbourhood centres based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate and retail management, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role
  • Assist with the implementation of strategic plans and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of the centre, including security, maintenance, and safety.
  • Responsible for managing operating expenditure budgets.
  • Implement and maintain orderly lease administration and financial management procedures.
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including financial analysis, sales reports, and others as requested.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Real Estate Certificate.
  • Experience in commercial real estate preferably in retail management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
