About the Role

The Airborne Surveillance Control and Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO) is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Officer to join their team at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate new contracts, ensuring timely and accurate configuration.
  • Coordinate contract change proposals, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide advice on legislation, policy, and procedures related to contract management.
  • Facilitate and draft contract correspondence, ensuring compliance with Defence regulations.
  • Maintain the Contract Administration Register Suites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage Contractor Performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Advise stakeholders on legislation and procurement policies, ensuring compliance with Defence standards.
